maps.guru is a unified API gateway for maps, geocoding, and routing services. We provide map tiles, style editing tools, geocoding APIs, routing APIs, and AI-powered map assistance to help developers and businesses integrate location services into their applications.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes or personal use.

You acknowledge that maps.guru, the maps.guru logo, and other marks are trademarks of Invarya Technologies Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of Invarya Technologies Private Limited or any third party.

4. User Account and Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds

Except as required by law, all fees are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@maps.guru within 30 days of the charge.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST, VAT, and other sales taxes), which will be added to your invoice where required by law. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service.

7. Map Data Attribution

When using map data, tiles, or styles provided through the Service, you must include appropriate attribution as required by our data providers. The required attribution varies by data source and may include:

• OpenStreetMap attribution: "© OpenStreetMap contributors" with a link to openstreetmap.org/copyright

Attribution must be displayed in a manner that is visible to end users of your application. Failure to provide proper attribution may result in suspension of your access to the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Invarya Technologies Private Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
• The map data, geocoding results, or routing calculations will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INVARYA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

• Natural Earth: Public domain cultural and physical vector data

Your use of third-party data and services through our Service is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party data or services.

12. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@maps.guru or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Service will immediately terminate
• You must cease all use of the Service and delete any cached or stored content obtained from the Service
• We may delete your User Content and account data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Invarya Technologies Private Limited regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the Service.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice to you.

Notices

We may provide any notice to you under these Terms by posting a notice on the Website, sending an email to the email address associated with your account, or by other means. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Changes to Terms
